📚 Mentorship Programmes Directorate 📚
Oversees mentorship programs across the UK, US, EU, and our Graduate Programs, managing mentee screening, pairing, and support.
🏫 Campus Teams Directorate 🏫
Coordinates Campus Teams globally to spread the organization's mission and recruit mentors at universities.
🎯 Outreach Teams Directorate 🎯
Cultivates relationships with high schools, local (national) stakeholders, scholarship providers, foundations, and other relevant entities to encourage mentee participation in our programs.
💌 Marketing and Public Relations Directorate 💌
Promotes the organization's mission through social media platforms and digital marketing strategies. Implements media and PR outreach and manages the organization's blog.
🌟 Talent and Culture Directorate 🌟
Screens and recruits team members, develops onboarding processes, talent growth initiatives, and alumni relations. Plays a leading role in shaping the organization's culture.
🔎 Technology, Data Science and Research Directorate 🔎
Collects and analyzes data to identify growth opportunities, update inequality criteria, and generate annual impact reports. Develops the organization's product and improves its platform.

Reaches out to potential donors and partners to secure funding. Manages internal finances and prepares financial statements for board meetings.
🌐 Country Operations Directorate 🌐
Fosters collaboration between individual country teams, coordinates country bootcamps, and provides guidance to new Country Teams.
