As an Access Fellow, you’ll introduce Project Access to your school or community and help others discover opportunities that once felt out of reach.
Access Fellows are local champions of Project Access, driven by the belief that everyone deserves a fair shot at top universities. It’s our programme for those who want to bring opportunity closer to home.
You’ll be the link between Project Access and your peers, introducing mentoring, sharing resources, supporting at bootcamps, or helping us understand your community.
Whether you’re in school, at university, or simply someone who cares, you can help others discover opportunities they didn’t know existed. You don’t need a title, just curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to help. It’s not about having the loudest voice. It’s about helping others find theirs.
There’s no set formula, how you contribute is up to you. Some Fellows take the lead in their schools. Others create content, give feedback, or help behind the scenes. You can focus on one thing or mix and match. What matters is that you care about making opportunity more visible and you’re up for taking action in your own way.

It’s totally flexible. Some Fellows do a few things per term, others get more involved. You decide how much time you can give.
Not unless you want to. We offer optional catch-ups every few months to share ideas and stay in touch, but there’s no micro-managing here.
