Project Access is powered by students, for students. We’re a team of over 200 volunteers across more than 40 countries, made up of current university students and recent grads who want to give back.
We’re a fully remote, mission-driven community spread across more than 40 countries, from Stanford to Singapore, Lagos to London.
All roles are voluntary and flexible to fit around your life: Officers contribute around 3 to 5 hours per week, Managers 5 to 7, and Global Directors 11 or more. However much time you can give, there’s a way to get involved.
We work behind the scenes to keep everything running. You could be matching mentees with mentors. Reaching out to schools to find students who need support. Running our social media or writing blog posts that inspire. Building the tech behind our new platform. Or helping us track impact, raise funds, and grow partnerships.
We care more about your potential than your CV. If you’re passionate, curious, and ready to get stuck in, you’ll fit right in. You’ll join a global team that’s kind, ambitious, and actually doing things that matter, no busywork, just real impact. As a volunteer, your time helps thousands of underrepresented students find their way into higher education.
All roles are flexible and unpaid, ideal for students and recent grads who want to:

Explore the teams behind the scenes as we expand access, from mentorship to outreach to tech. Apply for the role that fits you or pitch an idea we haven’t thought of yet.
02
We’ll chat with you in two short interviews: one about you, one about the role. No perfect answers or polished CV needed, just passion, potential, and a willingness to jump in.
03
Once you’re in, we’ll set you up and introduce you to your team. You’ll have support from day one, and the chance to make a real impact from the very start.
