Nicole Lim

Nicole is a final year undergraduate studying BSc International Relations at the London School of Economics.

Hailing from a little red dot called Singapore, she first joined Project Access as part of the Singapore team in 2016. As Director of Talent, she will be leading efforts to increase our value proposition for our members who have been playing a key role in shaping and scaling our movement across the world.

Outside of Project Access, Nicole has been involved in activating youth leadership and facilitating cross-cultural exchanges as President of AIESEC in LSE. She also recently interned at the Singapore office of Wantedly, a Japanese listed start-up working to create a world where people and companies meet based on passion and values. Her other passion lies in sports, where she has experience in the school teams for Track and Field, Kayaking, Table Tennis and Netball.
