Social Media Officer (Team Germany)

As a Social Media and Marketing Officer, you will be part of Team Germany. You will be responsible for managing all things social media marketing which we leverage on Instagram, LinkedIn, Tiktok, and Youtube!
We are looking for somebody who…:
Is creative and enjoys trying out new things
Thrives working collaboratively in team settings
Is able to also work independently and takes initiative for new projects
Has good command of the German language & uses relevant social media channels regularly
What tasks will you be working on?
Generate content for our social media channels, especially Instagram, TikTok & LinkedIn
Edit long-form videos for YouTube, and short-form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.
Stay up to date with recent trends to initiate new ideas for content and reach target audience
Data Analytics: Who are we reaching so far? How can we adjust our strategy to target the right audience?
Occasional collaborations with outreach teams and marketing teams at PA International to increase reach of our marketing efforts and ensure cross-team collaboration on PA’s mission!

The position is an unpaid, volunteer role that will demand 3 -5 effective hours of work per week, with flexibility during the particularly busy times of year such as exams.
