Research Officer

We are looking for a responsible, independent, and communicative person to be our new Research Officer.
As Research Officer, you will be working directly with our Data Science, Technology, and Research team.
You will be responsible for conducting external and internal research and presenting findings. You will be reaching out to relevant stakeholders across the organisation, and you will help with creating internal resources.
Responsibilities include:
Conduct precise research on different topics surrounding our mentorship program
Work collaboratively with other Heads of teams to provide input and support to the wider PA community
Produce concise and clear reports and papers for a variety of audiences
Support the development and maintenance of efficient knowledge databases
Develop clear procedures for keeping information up to date
Conduct research into university application procedures and how Project Access can support mentees from underprivileged backgrounds best at applying to university
Produce market research reports for the product and engineering team

The position is an unpaid, volunteer role that will demand 3-5 effective hours of work per week, with flexibility during the particularly busy times of year such as exams.
