Polish Operations Manager

Do you want to join a fast-paced, international social impact startup? Are you looking for meaningful voluntary experience and a community of ambitious, like-minded people? We are looking for a responsible, independent and driven person to be our new Operations Manager in Poland.

You will be responsible for managing the operations of Project Access in Poland as well as supporting study abroad opportunities – this will be achieved through various events throughout the year such as mentoring programme, bootcamp, webinars, and much more while collaborating across functions and teams.

Responsibilities include:

  • Set up and lead projects through your own team within PA. 

  • Work closely with PA Co-Heads and report directly to them.

Previous experience in project management is highly desirable!

The position is an unpaid, volunteer role that will demand 5-7 effective hours of work per week, with flexibility during the particularly busy times of year such as exams.
