Data Scientist

We are looking for a responsible, proactive, and collaborative person to join us as our new Data Scientist.

You will play a key role in advancing Project Access’s mission by driving data-driven decision-making, uncovering insights, and promoting a culture of informed strategy. Through your contributions, you will help shape impactful programs by analyzing trends, identifying innovative solutions, and improving processes to maximize the organization’s effectiveness.

Responsibilities include:

  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for the organization.

  • Collaborate with teams to design and implement data-driven solutions.

  • Create, reports and visualizations to communicate insights clearly.

  • Identify gaps in data collection and suggest improvements to data-gathering processes.

  • Support the evaluation of program performance and impact through quantitative and qualitative analysis.

The position is an unpaid, volunteer role that will require 3–5 effective hours of work per week, with flexibility during particularly busy times of the year, such as exams.
