EU Program Officer

Do you want to join a fast-paced, international, student-led, social impact charity? Are you looking for meaningful voluntary experience and a community of like-minded, ambitious people?

We are looking for a friendly, organised, and hard-working person who studies or has studied an undergraduate degree in Europe to help run our EU program.

As a Program Officer, you will establish direct relationships with our amazing mentors who study at Dutch universities, and our mentees who aspire to study there.

You will be working closely with Alex - our EU Program Director, and Taran - our Global Director of Mentorship Programs.

Responsibilities include:

  • Helping mentees on the EU undergraduate program answering their program and
    university-specific questions, and providing resources for university applications.

  • Communicate with and grow our mentor network at our most popular EU universities.

  • Work with Alex, our EU Program Director, to facilitate the overall running of the EU
    Program.


    The ideal applicant is...

  • [DESIRABLE BUT NOT ESSENTIAL] Studies, or has studied, for an undergraduate
    degree at one of the EU universities that Project Access is active in: University of
    Amsterdam (UvA), ETH Zurich, Copenhagen Business School, Trinity College Dublin,
    Bocconi, and Sciences Po.

  • Passionate about our mission to help underrepresented students get into their dream
    universities – you will be the main point of contact for our mentors and mentees on
    the EU Program.

    The position is an unpaid, volunteer role that will require 3-5 hours of work per week, with flexibility during busy times of year (e.g. during exams).
