The following roles are open for a friendly, organised, and hard-working individual studying at one of these EU universities to join us and grow our community of mentors and team members at your University!

  • Sciences Po - ideally on Reims campus (Sciences Po Officer)

  • Bocconi (Bocconi Campus Officer)

  • University of Amsterdam (Amsterdam Campus Officer)

  • ETH Zurich (ETH Zurich Campus Officer)

  • Trinity College Dublin (TCD Campus Officer)

  • Copenhagen Business School (CBS Campus Officer)

You will be working closely with Taran – our Global Director of Mentorship Programs and Campus Operations, and Alex – our EU Program Director.

Responsibilities include:

  • Recruiting new PA mentors by talking directly to other students, student societies, and university outreach staff.

  • Spreading awareness of and engagement with Project Access at your university - organising regular campus events, and reaching out to societies.

  • Updating and adding to our resources on academic and social life at your university.

  • Using our internal data dashboard to identify our current mentor distribution, and the subjects for which we most need mentors from your university. Prioritising mentor recruitment and other campus activities accordingly.

  • Supporting PA mentors at your university by being their first point of contact.

  • Assisting our Mentor Training Officers with the running of mentor training sessions for new EU mentors.

    The ideal applicant is...

  • Currently studying at SciencesPo, ideally living on Reims campus; Bocconi; Trinity College Dublin; University of Amsterdam; Copenhagen Business School; University of Amsterdam; or ETH Zurich.

  • Ideally graduating in 2025 or later.

  • A driven, pro-active, and sociable individual who enjoys working with people.

  • Comfortable building a community and being a Project Access spokesperson on campus.

    The position is an unpaid, volunteer role that will require 3-5 hours of work per week, with flexibility during busy times of year (e.g. during exams).
