Specifically, we are advertising for the following positions:
UCL Recruitment Officer: Plan and implement recruitment at Freshers’ Fairs and on campus, in order to recruit mentors and team members.
UCL Engagement Officer: Coordinate and plan social events for our mentors and mentees that are now at your university.
We do not require you to have a specific educational or vocational background, but the ideal candidate would have:
… a social, friendly and open-minded personality,
… an innovative approach to problem solving and entrepreneurial spirit,
… an analytical, results-driven and hands-on approach,
… a clear and direct approach to communication.
We expect 3-4 effective hours of commitment per week – of course with flexibility during exam time and other busy periods. The position is unpaid.
