Head of Community

Do you want to help us grow the Project Access community? Are you passionate about scaling and building a social impact start-up? We are looking for motivated, creative and hard-working people who wants to build and improve the internal community of a leading student start-up movement within educational inequality.

As the Head of Community on our Talent team in Project Access, you will be responsible for building a community of collaboration, ambition and excellence amongst our 20 international teams and other global teams. You would plan and execute our social calendar for 2019/20, our leadership summits and other community building initiatives. 

We don’t require you to have a specific educational or vocational background, but the ideal candidate would have:

•    … a social, friendly and open-minded personality
•    … an innovative approach to problem solving and entrepreneurial spirit
•   … a results-driven and hands-on approach. You believe nothing is impossible
•    … a clear and direct approach to communication
•    … previous experience with community building and events organizing.

We expect 4-5 effective hours of commitment per week—of course with flexibility during exam hours or other similarly busy periods. The position is unpaid.

Head of Training

Do you want to help us grow the Project Access community? Are you passionate about scaling and building a social impact start-up? We are looking for motivated, creative and hard-working people who wants to build and improve the internal community of a leading student start-up movement within educational inequality.  

As the Head of Training on our Talent team in Project Access, you will be responsible organizing training opportunities for our global and international team members. This would entail events of both professional and personal development. You will also be responsible for delivering online training opportunities and guidance. This role also entails recognizing and developing talented individuals, and ensure that Project Access becomes the world’s most entrepreneurial and engaged movement!

We don’t require you to have a specific educational or vocational background, but the ideal candidate would have:

•    … a social, friendly and open-minded personality
•    … an innovative approach to problem solving and entrepreneurial spirit
•    … a results-driven and hands-on approach. You believe nothing is impossible
•    … a clear and direct approach to communication
•    … previous experience with leadership training or other training experience.

Head of Feedback

Do you want to help us improve the Project Access community? Are you passionate about scaling and building a social impact start-up? We are looking for motivated, creative and hard-working people who wants to build and improve the internal community of a leading student start-up movement within educational inequality.

As the Head of Feedback on our Talent team in Project Access, you will be responsible for improving and scaling our internal feedback culture. You would implement new structures and culture for team member feedback, and ensuring we follow up the happiness of our members. Project Access is a feedback driven non-profit start-up, and Head of Feedback is key for our future success and organizational development!

We don’t require you to have a specific educational or vocational background, but the ideal candidate would have:

•    … a social, friendly and open-minded personality
•    … an innovative approach to problem solving and entrepreneurial spirit
•    … a results-driven and hands-on approach. You believe nothing is impossible
•    … a clear and direct approach to communication
•    … previous experience with data analysis and community feedback 

We expect 4-5 effective hours of commitment per week—of course with flexibility during exam hours or other similarly busy periods. The position is unpaid.
