Do you want to develop and refine the research foundation for the only player in the access sphere taking a cost-effective, scalable and entrepreneurial approach to the massive inequalities in our space? Want to help us define the necessary tech-enabled interventions of tomorrow?
To find solutions to the problem we have set out to mitigate, it is of utmost importance that all our interventions are strongly rooted in the research behind what's working - and what's not.
As our Access Researcher, you will have two core responsibilities:
First, you will work with our expert Advisory Board to navigate cutting edge research about access initiatives and support our Product Team in designing and developing effective interventions.
Second, you will work on evaluating our interventions. This includes designing and implementing research on what we do and sharing your findings internally to help our teams improve the interventions.
Our academic Advisory Board includes leading researchers in the access sphere such as Professor Vikki Boliver, Durham University, and Dr. John Jerrim, University College London. Your work will furthermore be supported by team members from Product, Country and Executive teams.
An educational background in Education Sciences, experience with quantitative methods and previous experience with design, implementation and analysis of research projects is preferred. We entertain applications from any candidate who considers her/himself capable of carrying out scholarly work and are currently pursuing an MA or higher.
The position is unpaid, however we are happy to fund costs of research within our budget.
